Electrical Certification Software
FormFill is a software application designed to fill-in and print a custom range of electrical test and inspection certificates in accordance with BS7671: 2018, BS5389-1:2017 and BS5266-1:2016.
Fill-out certificates on-screen by entering data directly into each field. FormFill will then store your customer information for quick recall when filling out multiple forms. It's easy to copy, edit & convert certificates, and the automatic sequential numbering facility makes for simple management of certificate inventory. Drop-down menus and quick entry selections for repetitive data, and the automatic insertion of protective device maximum impedance values all mean that filling-out these intricate forms becomes effortless.
Certificates are checked for blank entries, cross references and data validation and you can even create your own look with custom colours and by adding your company logo.
Use FormFill to create stylish PDF certificates which can be emailed straight to your clients or printed on to paper if required. FormFill is also compatible with third-party cloud solutions such as OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud and Google Drive.
FormFill is available in two desktop versions for Windows PC, Apple Mac OS and as a standalone iPad app - FormFill Pro.
FormFill Level 2
FormFill Level 2 is the entry level desktop version and ideal for conducting certification of any size commercial or domestic electrical installation.

FormFill Level 2 also includes iOS and Android apps for on-site reporting. Collect essential on-site information using your smart-phone or tablet which can be easily emailed to your office or desktop computer or uploaded to a third-party cloud solution such as Dropbox. Three mobile device users are included with all purchases of FormFill. FormFill Level 2 also comes with the FormFill Plus app for iPad which will produce PDF certificates by itself.
Use FormFill Digital Signatures to sign with your signature so that the certificates may be distributed as PDF documents without the need for printing. You can import your own scanned signatures or draw your signature with a mouse or stylus.
All levels of FormFill include all the usual continuation sheets for circuit schedules, observations and comments sheets, and the facility to add digital photographs. Level 2 also has the feature to print distribution board schedules.

FormFill Level 3
FormFill Level 3 includes all the features of Level 2 and in addition, boasts the full range of Emergency Lighting and Commercial Fire Alarm Certificates. The Windows version also has the ability to download data from a wide range of supported test instruments directly onto forms.

FormFill Pro iPad
FormFill Pro for iPad will produce PDF certificates straight from an iPad. This is a standalone edition of FormFill and does not require a desktop computer running FormFill to function. As standard, FormFill Pro comes with the following certificates:

Certificates can be customised with a selection of background and text colours. Your own company logo can be added to the certificates (simple logo generator also included) as well as digital signatures. You can also add photos from your camera roll to certificates on additional pages. Unlimited distribution boards and continuation sheets are included as well as pages for additional comments and continuations.
Completed certificates are produced as PDF files and can be emailed directly from your iPad, using the Apple Mail app, as well as printed directly to an AirPort compatible printer. If you have a FormFill Windows or Mac desktop version, certificates can also be emailed to FormFill (Version 12 Level 2 or 3), and imported.
